Militia Monday was founded to bring structure and consistency to the Amarr militia front. What began as a single organized weekly fleet has grown into a standing commitment to reliable, disciplined operations open to all Amarr militia pilots.
Militia Monday exists to create a place where pilots—new and veteran alike—can show up, fly together, and leave an impact on the warzone. It is not bound by corporation or banner. It is bound by participation and purpose.
This is a militia fleet.
And there is always room in formation.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A MILITIA MONDAY FLEET
Militia Monday is built on consistency and content first. Every week we undock on schedule and take the fight across the warzone together. We begin with a full roam, hunting supply caches and war targets alike, always flying the official Militia Monday doctrine. Once the initial sweep is complete, the fleet transitions based on the state of the warzone—shifting into gate camps, plexing operations, or additional roaming and hunting wherever the fighting is strongest.
Pilots are welcome to bring whatever ship they feel comfortable flying… though the fleet tends to look far more glorious when it shines in the gold of an Amarr hull.
LEADERSHIP
Militia Monday is currently led by its founding Fleet Commander, with plans to expand into a structured leadership team as participation grows.
The goal of leadership within Militia Monday is simple:
Provide clear direction.
Maintain disciplined operations.
Create consistent content.
Support pilot growth.
As the community expands, additional roles will be introduced to preserve structure, accountability, and continuity week after week.
